Position Summary:

• Engage in daily training sessions administered by top customer service professionals
• Become an expert on the brands and products that our clients offer
• Introduce new promotional packages to prospective customers
• Assist customers with purchasing items while addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues with training and development

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong contact-handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
